PRE-REGISTER FOR MULTIPLE EVENTS AND SAVE ON VENDOR FEES!
ART WALK INFORMATION AND VENDOR POLICIES:
As a Peach vendor, you will get to participate at our most popular events that often attract hundreds of visitors. As an extra bonus, Peach Vendors with Instagram accounts can benefit from The Peach's marketing strength with direct mentions to registered vendors. The Peach is South Florida's Newest Art Collective! Monthly art walk weekends, live entertainment, creative vendors, open art studios. You can look forward to creativity, education and more community events!
CHECK-IN:
Please come to main gallery to check-in, and have your confirmation email ready.You will be directed where to set-up.
CANCELATION AND WEATHER:
There are no refunds if you cancel. Cancellations must be made in writing (preferably emailed) at least 7 DAYS prior to the event. If you cancel with the proper amount of notice, you will receive a credit for the amount of the vendor fees paid, which will be good for up to one year.
Our events are rain or shine and all vendors MUST provide their own setup and be prepared for weather of any kind. We strongly suggest the use of a tent and require the accompaniment of appropriate weights in case of wind (a minimum of 40lbs per tent leg). Vendors are required to setup and breakdown according to the schedule and must stay for the entire duration of the event. Late arrival or early breakdown may result in expulsion from future events. If it is decided by The Peach to cancel an event due to severe/hazardous weather conditions (high winds, excessive, rain or hail) you will be notified on site or by email, and will be credited for a future art walk.
ELECTRICAL ACCESS:
Is available on a limited basis, please supply your own lighting and extension cords.
VENDOR SET-UP: Vendors can begin to set-up at 3:00pm the day of the event, unless otherwise noted. Vendor breakdown to begin between 10:00pm and 11:00pm.
PARKING FOR VENDORS: Vendors can temporarily park at the PEACH lot for setting up and breaking down. All vehicles must be offsite by 4:30pm. Vendors are directed to use free street parking spaces to park their vehicles during the event.
